Feder support 2024
The company Bonnet & Fils has signed an agreement awarding European aid from the European Regional Development Fund FEDER for the modernization and development of the production tool. In this context investments have been planned over several years (until 2027). The first tranche was carried out in 2024, these are 3 significant projects:
Automation of a 4-axis milling machine to increase opening time by 30%
Installation of 2 transfer robots to put production into flow and reduce defects by 5% and
handling of blanks
The sharpening robots will be equipped with a vibration sensor to check the quality of
sharpening in production.
The amount of aid for this first part amounts to more than €100K.
